This Privacy Policy describes how Blinked ("we," "us," or "our") collects, handles, stores, and shares information when you use the LinkedIn AI Outreach Assistant Chrome extension (the "Extension") and when you visit https://blinked.dev(the "Website").

Blinked does not save any personal data on a server. We do not operate a backend database for Extension users. Your prospect lists, lead notes, message drafts, ratings, follow-up settings, and other outreach data stay on your device in Chrome extension storage. We do not upload, sync, or persist that personal data on Blinked servers.

Blinked is operated from the Netherlands. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

The Extension is an assistant for manual LinkedIn outreach. It helps you research leads, draft messages, organize lists, and configure follow-ups while you work on LinkedIn.

Blinked does not automate LinkedIn outreach. The Extension does not send connection requests, InMail, messages, or follow-ups on your behalf. You review every suggestion and take every action yourself inside LinkedIn.

You are responsible for your activity on LinkedIn and for complying with LinkedIn's terms, policies, and applicable laws.

"User data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable person, or information about a person's use of the Extension or Website.

The Extension collects or processes the following categories of user data:

• LinkedIn profile and page content you view: When you use the Extension on LinkedIn, it reads publicly visible or account-accessible content from the LinkedIn pages you open, such as names, job titles, company names, profile summaries, and other text visible on the page. This is used only to provide assistant features while you are using the Extension.
• Outreach data you create: Prospect lists, lead notes, ratings, tags, message templates, follow-up settings, and similar content you enter or save through the Extension.
• AI request content: When you choose to use AI-assisted features, the Extension sends the profile text, prompts, and message drafts needed to generate a response for you to review.
• Extension settings: Preferences and configuration you set inside the Extension.
• Website technical data: If you visit the Website, our hosting provider may process standard log data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps.

We do not require you to create a Blinked account to use the Extension. We do not collect payment information through the Extension because the Extension is free.

Personal data processed through the Extension is not saved on Blinked servers. Collection described above refers to data read or created in your browser, or sent temporarily to third-party services when you choose to use a feature such as AI assistance.

We do not collect data unrelated to the Extension's core functionality, such as browsing history outside LinkedIn, contacts from your device, or financial information.

We handle user data only to operate the Extension and Website as described below.

• Provide assistant features: Display lead context, help you draft and personalize messages, manage lists, rate leads, and configure follow-ups.
• Generate AI suggestions: Send relevant content to a third-party AI service when you explicitly use AI features, so the service can return text for you to review, edit, or discard.
• Save your work locally: Store lists, notes, templates, ratings, and settings in your browser so the Extension works between sessions. This data is not saved on Blinked servers.
• Export data at your request: Allow you to export lists you manage in the Extension.
• Operate the Website: Deliver the marketing site, maintain security, and respond to support requests you send to us.

We do not use user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, lending, or data brokerage. We do not use user data to build advertising profiles.

We limit use of user data to providing and improving the user-facing features of the Extension, consistent with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.

Blinked does not save any personal data on a server. The Extension is local first. Personal data you create or manage through the Extension is stored on your device, not on servers operated by Blinked.

User data is stored in the following locations:

• On your device: Extension data, including prospect lists, lead notes, ratings, templates, follow-up configurations, settings, and other outreach information, is stored locally in Chrome extension storage on your device. This data remains under your control unless you export it, delete it, or uninstall the Extension.
• On Blinked servers: We do not save personal data on Blinked servers. We do not maintain a user database, outreach database, or cloud backup of your lists, notes, message drafts, ratings, follow-up settings, or LinkedIn profile data.
• With AI service providers: When you use AI features, content you submit may be processed temporarily by the AI provider to generate a response. Blinked does not save that content on our servers before, during, or after the request.
• Website hosting logs: The Website is a marketing site only. It does not receive or store your Extension data. Our hosting provider may process limited technical log data when you visit the Website, such as IP address and browser type. Blinked does not use the Website to store Extension personal data.

Data transmitted between the Extension and any online service is sent over encrypted connections such as HTTPS.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We share user data only in the limited circumstances below.

• Third-party AI providers: When you use AI-assisted features, the Extension shares the profile text, prompts, and related content needed to generate a suggestion. The AI provider processes that content under its own terms and privacy practices.
• Google / Chrome: The Extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Google may collect information about installation, updates, and store interactions under Google's policies.
• LinkedIn: The Extension interacts with LinkedIn pages you visit. LinkedIn processes your use of its platform under LinkedIn's own privacy practices. We do not receive your LinkedIn password.
• Service providers: Our Website hosting provider may process technical log data needed to operate and secure the Website.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Blinked, our users, or others.

We do not share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. We do not transfer Extension personal data to Blinked servers for storage.

Extension data on your device: Retained until you delete it, clear Extension storage in Chrome, or uninstall the Extension.

Data on Blinked servers: We do not save personal data on Blinked servers. We do not retain your outreach lists, notes, drafts, ratings, LinkedIn profile data, or any other Extension personal data on our servers.

AI processing: Content sent for AI generation is used to provide the requested response. Blinked does not save that content on our servers. Retention by the AI provider is governed by that provider's policies.

Website logs: Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

We handle user data securely and take reasonable measures to protect it, including:

• Transmitting data over encrypted connections such as HTTPS when the Extension communicates with online services
• Storing Extension personal data locally on your device and not on Blinked servers
• Not operating a backend database that stores Extension user personal data
• Limiting access to systems that operate the Website
• Not collecting payment or authentication credentials for LinkedIn through the Extension

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for securing access to your device and Chrome profile.

You can control your data in the following ways:

• Choose whether to use AI features. AI processing happens only when you trigger those features.
• Edit or delete lists, notes, ratings, templates, and settings inside the Extension.
• Export lists using the Extension's export feature.
• Remove Extension data by clearing extension storage in Chrome or uninstalling the Extension.
• Contact us at hello@blinked.dev to ask privacy questions or request help with data you have sent to us directly, such as support emails.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with privacy rights, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we handle. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The Extension is intended for adults using LinkedIn for professional outreach. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If you use AI features or visit the Website, data may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Extension, Website, or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated inside the Extension or on the Website. Continued use of the Extension after an update means you accept the revised policy.
